The new tab or puzzle isn't showing. Open chrome://extensions, make sure the extension is turned on, then open a new tab. If another extension also changes the new tab page, Chrome uses only one, so turn the other off.
My streak or settings disappeared. They're stored in your browser on this device. Clearing browsing data or using another computer starts fresh.
Pro upgrade. Pro is a one-time purchase handled by ExtensionPay. If an upgrade doesn't unlock, use "Restore purchase" in the extension, or email us with the email you paid with.
Progress is saved in your browser. If a game won't load, refresh the page or try another browser. Playing on a portal such as CrazyGames? Their support can help with account and ad questions.
Your download link is in your receipt or your library on the store you bought from (Gumroad, itch.io, Ko-fi, DriveThruRPG). For printed books, Amazon handles orders, shipping and returns. If a file is missing or broken, email us and we'll send a fresh copy.
Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from. If something isn't right, contact us first. We'll fix it, or help you get a refund.
